Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sale of paper and digital books offered by Éditions Plume FLE via the website www.editions-plume-fle.fr.

Article 2 – Products

The books presented on the website are offered while stocks last. For digital books, download is immediate after payment.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT. Éditions Plume FLE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Article 4 – Orders

The customer will receive a confirmation email after their order has been validated.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is secured via VivaWallet. Bank details are never stored by Éditions Plume FLE.

Article 6 – Delivery

Paper books: shipped within 1 to 2 days after ordering, delivery costs indicated before payment.

Digital books: immediate download link sent by email.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

Paper books: 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal (return costs to be paid by the customer).

Digital books: no withdrawal possible after download (in accordance with the law).

Article 8 – Liability

Éditions Plume FLE is not liable for any technical problems beyond its control.

Article 10 – Applicable law

These terms and conditions are subject to European and French law. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts.
